We offer our customers a unique service experience, combining real expertise, tools and diagnostic equipment with a friendly local shop atmosphere.
When evaluating the needs of your vehicle we have found it equally important to factor in our customers’ individual needs as well. When we have discovered service needs we place them into three categories. The first category is safety issues. These are items that need immediate attention, such as burnt out light bulbs or worn out brakes.
The second category is for things that are beginning to come to the end of their useful service life such as belts that are starting to crack or tires that are getting worn. These are items that don’t need to be done now, but rather should be budgeted for in the coming months. This would also include any scheduled maintenance services we recommend.
The third category is things that just need to be monitored such as oil residue on various places on the vehicle. Some times it’s truly hard to know just how long it will take for a leak to get worse, and we believe those things should be monitored over time and addressed if and when they become a problem.
